Along with his entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen he is an incredibly talented hairdresser with over 15 years of top level experience. Balancing a strong reliable foundation to provide shapes with longevity, in harmony with artistic flair, enhancing clients individual style and qualities.
JEROME LAI
Director
JEROME is one half of The Hair Lounge. He is an experienced hair stylist who is eager to challenge himself and is highly passionate about the creative process.
He has a strong foundation in customer service and focusses on understanding the needs of each and every client.
He has worked at several of Singapore's top salons, where he met Hanks, now his business partner.
His hair philosophy is based on strong shapes in order to give longevity to any style.
KENNY MOK
Stylist Director
Kenny has worked in Top Flight Hair Dressing for 15 years in Singapore. His passionate approach to hair design is combined with unrivalled technique. His signature cut is the soft , sensual curls. Kenny believes that communication is at the essence of a great hair cut.
DANSON LIM
Style Director
Danson makes it a point to keep up-yo-date with chelatest hairdressing trends, and together with his innate artistic and creative vision, he never fails to provide personalised hair cut to each of his client. He also provides customised hair styling services, getting them red carpet and camera-ready for all occasions.

Jayden was talent- spotted and hand picked by HANKS & JEROME. With a strong interest in fashion, his skills and knowledge allow him to bring out the best aspects of a woman's personality and looks. He thrives on finding the perfect combination of cutting and styling so the client can celebrate her femininity. Jayden's philosophy is to never stop learning new things, to be passionate, and that laughter is the best medicine.

Nicole has been colouring hair for the last 10 years, She is an incredibly experienced and talented colourist who specializes in perfect blond hair. NICOLE is passionate about the way colour can completely change a haircut and highlight someone’s natural features. With her aura of creative finesse and level of client care, she delivers the highest standard of hairdressing to her devoted clientele.
